SilverSwitch designed Hotel-Intel’s website and state of the art web-based Database and reporting software. In several weeks time, we converted a sluggish, barely working Cold Fusion web application (in development for over 1 year) into a 3-tier high performance ASP.NET web application. In addition to converting the code, we normalized the database (>800K records), indexed the tables, created relationships and stored procedures. As a result, reports that were timing out previously now run in less than 1 second. We have continued to support and develop new functionality for the application. Hotel-Intel continues to receive accolades from their clients for the usability and performance of the application.
